I had already been several times and I had really liked the service, however today they left me with a bad taste in my mouth. My hands looked good. But the pedicure had ice water and there was no time for it to warm up, the girl was always super cute and friendly, yes, but at the reception the girl who serves does not have experience in customer service, she just stayed silent and didn't know what to answer and one that came to his side with a mocking and rude tone instead of resolving. I asked that they not polish my feet because I wanted to let them rest, but they should let me know that you are going to end up paying the same amount and it's been 3 hours and my feet are frozen for the same reason. I asked if I could go later and just polish my feet. I had already paid in full for the pedicure which was a lot for almost nothing and the cold and mocking water the other girl told me only tomorrow, for work reasons I can only do it on Friday and they told me a resounding NO. And I leave there I send them whats and they don't answer when during the entire service (I was there for 3 hours) the girl at the reception sat on her cell phone and now what a coincidence that they don't answer. Last time I go and of course I will put on my social networks that I do not recommend.
